Orlando is world-renowned known for unlimited opportunities for rest, relaxation and fun. Consider brining your spouse/significant other/family member to enjoy the sights and sounds while you're in sessions.

Spouse/Significant Other Registration Includes the Following:

• Monday Opening Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall

• Monday Chair’s Dinner
• Tuesday Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall 
• Tuesday Spouse Tour – Meet at IDEA registration desk by 9:30 am for a fun filled day at Disney Springs (see details below).  
• Tuesday Evening Reception in the Exhibit Hall 
• Wednesday Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall 
• Wednesday Spouse Tour – Meet at the IDEA registration desk at 8:15 am to enjoy a day exploring Kennedy Space Center (see details below). 
Please note: Items cannot be purchased a la carte and registration does not include access to luncheons or the conference technical program. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Spouse/Significant Other Tours

A Day at Disney Springs 
Tuesday, June 18, 9:30 am – 3:00 pm
 
Join us for a fun-filled day at Disney Springs, where you can shop and explore the many fun things to do. The group will have lunch together.
 
 
Take Off to Kennedy Space Center
Wednesday, June 19, 8:15 am – 4:00 pm
 
Journey to the stars! On Day 2, we’ll venture to Cape Canaveral for a visit to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Walk among giants in the Rocket Garden, hear from astronaut John Fabian in a Q&A session, explore the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, honor those lost on the Challenger and Columbia missions, see Space Shuttle Atlantis and the Saturn V Rocket, journey to space in the IMAX theater, and discover how the space program has evolved since its inception. The bus will depart the Renaissance Orlando at 8:30 am and return by 4:00 pm. Lunch is included.

Spouse/Significant Other registration includes: Opening Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall; Welcome Event; Breakfasts in the Exhibit Hall; Spouse Tours, Evening Receptions in the Exhibit Hall.  Items cannot be purchased a la carte. Registration does not include luncheons or conference technical content. All prices are USD.
